You can order by email, fax or over the phone and payment is accepted by credit or debit card.
Long term wholesale customers normally have credit terms of up to 30 days and an agreed limit subject to normal business credit and reference checks.
Orders of over £300 (ex-VAT) receive free delivery in the UK (Highlands and Islands at a reduced rate) if sent by courier. However, we endeavour to visit every corner of the UK on a regular basis and deliveries made this way are free of charge.
To ensure that you receive maximum benefit from this service we will try to contact you by phone prior to our visit. However, please feel free to call us to find out our travel plans.
Alternatively you are always welcome to visit our warehouse in Suffolk. Just let us know before hand so we can ensure the right people are available to show you round (these are normally selected for their excellent coffee making abilities).
